These terms govern use of axismecca.com. If we’re engaged on a project, the signed scope of work and master services agreement supersede this page for everything client-related.
Use of the site
You can browse, link to, and share the site freely. Don’t attempt to disrupt service, scrape at industrial volume, circumvent security controls, or impersonate axismecca.
Intellectual property
All site content (copy, design, brand marks, photography, video, and case-study materials) is owned by axismecca or licensed to it, and is protected by copyright and trademark. You can quote short excerpts with attribution. Republishing full work, marks, or imagery requires written permission.
Client work shown in case studies is published with client consent under the terms of the relevant engagement.
Submissions
When you submit an inquiry, application, or portfolio link through the site, you grant axismecca permission to read, evaluate, and respond. We don’t claim ownership of the ideas or work you send. Don’t send confidential information you wouldn’t share over email; we only sign NDAs once a real engagement is on the table.
No professional advice
Pages on this site describe how axismecca works and what we can build. Nothing here constitutes legal, financial, or regulated professional advice. Engagement-specific commitments live in signed proposals and SOWs.
External links
Some pages link to third-party sites (client portfolios, collaborator organizations, social profiles). We’re not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Warranties & liability
The site is provided “as is.” We aim for high uptime and accurate information, but make no warranties about availability, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, axismecca is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are venued in New York County, NY.
Changes
We update these terms from time to time. Material changes will bump the “April 2026” tag at the top.
