Privacy.

What we collect

• Contact form submissions. Name, email, project track, budget range, and your message. Delivered to queens@axismecca.com via Web3Forms.
• Anonymous analytics. Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization on. We use it to count pageviews, see which case studies people open, and confirm forms are working.
• Server logs. Cloudflare records request metadata (IP, user-agent, timing) for security and uptime. Standard hosting, retained briefly.

What we don’t collect

• No accounts. No passwords.
• No payment information on this site.
• No third-party advertising or remarketing pixels.
• No cross-site tracking. No data sales.

Cookies

The site uses two first-party cookies and one anonymous analytics cookie:

• am_theme, remembers your light/dark preference. Set in localStorage, not transmitted.
• _ga, _ga_*, Google Analytics 4 anonymous client identifiers (no PII, IP truncated).
• Cloudflare may set short-lived security cookies (e.g. __cf_bm) for bot protection.

How we use your info

• To reply to your inquiry.
• To prepare scoped proposals when you ask for one.
• To improve the site. Aggregate only, never per-person.

We never share your contact details with anyone outside axismecca, and we don’t add you to a marketing list without an explicit opt-in.

Your choices

• Opt out of GA4 by enabling Do Not Track or installing the Google Analytics opt-out.
• Email queens@axismecca.comto request deletion of any inquiry record we hold. We’ll confirm within 5 business days.

Children

The site isn’t directed at anyone under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We’ll update the “April 2026” tag at the top of this page when policy changes are material. Cosmetic edits don’t bump the date.
